The structure of the centrifugal compressor 
The centrifugal compressor adopts a modular design, including the main unit, cooling system, oil station system, motor, and electrical control system, among other proprietary modules. It has the advantages of compact structure, reliable operation, energy-saving and high efficiency, low assembly quantity, and convenient installation. It can ensure that it can provide users with continuous, stable, and oil-free high-quality compressed air. 
Impeller 
The pneumatic design of the centrifugal compressor applies the principles of aerodynamics, combined with the self-developed modeling software and CFD simulation methods, to ensure the distribution and stability of the compression ratio between stages. At the same time, by integrating the long-term product verification design experience of the Saman R&D team, the database of impellers and the design software, the stability of the pneumatic design is guaranteed. 
Rotor Power Design 
The rotor and bearing design ensures that the rotor can operate under reasonable oil film temperature, pressure and thickness, effectively reducing the power consumption of the bearings. A large amount of stiffness and damping data of the bearings are extracted, and rotor dynamics analysis is conducted to ensure the reasonable vibration value of the rotor, ensuring that the rated speed is set far away from the critical speed for operation, and enhancing the stability of the entire aircraft. 
High Reliability Bearing 
Through the professional design of rotor dynamics, we adopt tilting pad bearings with strong load capacity and low vibration. The bearing bushings can automatically align themselves according to the load and temperature changes, ensuring that the unit can operate stably in various harsh working conditions. 

High Performance IGV 
The electric actuator drives the wing-shaped stainless steel blades, precisely controlling the opening of the inlet guide vanes, changing the pre-rotation value of the incoming air, and improving the operating efficiency of the centrifugal compressor. When the demand for compressed air decreases, the IGV can save up to approximately 9% of energy consumption, enabling the centrifugal compressor to operate efficiently and energy-savingly. 
Integral Casting Gearbox - Modular Integrated Assembly 
The horizontal split-type gearbox is integrally cast with the various stages of the volute, and the cooler box is also cast as a whole. The modular design is adopted. Compared with the split structure of the welded gearbox, the main structure has higher strength, fewer processing surfaces, and is more reliable in operation. There is no assembly error between the various stages of the volute and the gearbox body, no deformation, low noise and small vibration. The processing, assembly, transportation, on-site installation and maintenance are simple and convenient.
